Terms and Conditions

  • The Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement charges commence from the effective date and shall be payable in ADVANCE for the said period.
  • Period is as mentioned in the Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement.
  • A 1 MONTH prior intimation will be given to the Customer before the end date of the Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement for the RENEWAL of the Contract.
  • The Maintenance Service will be rendered only at the site specified (i.e. Customer’s address) in the Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement.
  • This Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement is undertaken with respect to A PARTICULAR BATHROOM only, itis non-transferable i.e. It cannot be transferred to another Bathroom in the same premises or elsewhere.
  • The Customer shall not be entitled to transfer this Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement or any benefit or interest herein to any other person or any other external agency, without the prior written consent of the Company.
  • Without prejudice to the above, the Company makes no representation or warranty that:
  • The Services will meet the user's requirements
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the customer arising out of the use of service offered, or due to the failure to provide services to the customer for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  • Except as provided herein, there is no warranty of any sort for use or performance of the product. There shall be no liability or obligation of the Company with respect to the above said and also the availability of the Spare Parts in case of Replacement of the defected or unserviceable part.
  • Company shall be entitled to add, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the Customer and the Customer shall be bound by such additions, variations or amendments, once such additions, variations or amendments are incorporated into the terms and conditions which will be updated on the Company’s Website at www.monarchservice.in; the date of implementation of such additions, variations or amendments will be indicated on the Company’s website.If the Customer does not adhere to the changes, he/she must stop using the service. The Customer’s continuous use of the Services will signify his/her acceptance of the changed terms. By undersigning this agreement the Customer agrees that it will be his/her duty to regularly check and remain updated with these terms and conditions as may be updated/modified from time to time.
  • The courts of Mumbai, India shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Company
